▪️ To complete booking an appointment, you will be asked to create a profile on this platform. Please keep track of your log in information.

▪️ Please make sure to click “Intake Forms” in your client profile to ensure all necessary forms have been completed (Client Intake & Consent must be signed) prior to booking and attending your first appointment.

▪️ $220/50-min session. We offer direct billing to your insurance provider and charge for the difference on your card and provide a receipt.

▪️ We understand life happens, but if you cannot keep the scheduled appointment, you MUST cancel or reschedule the appointment 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If you do not show/cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for paying the full session fee.
